Maturity Range Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contractmaturity date between April 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025 will receive a Q2 2025Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number)via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection). Eligible maturities: Camry (G/HV), Corolla (G/HB/HV), Rav4 (G/HV excluding Prime),Highlander (G/HV), Tacoma, C-HR, Avalon (G/HV), Venza maturities Customer Eligibility1. Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer(lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease areexcluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remainingmonthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to theterms and conditions of their current TFS contract.2. To redeem the offer, customers must: A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealerground stock inventory and TFS during the program period. B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of thefollowing: a. Submit their unique Q1 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to thedealership, orb. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, orc. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificatefrom Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC) C. Sign and complete the i Plus Incentive Acknowledgment Form D. At least one customer

from the original lease agreement OR customer

from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for anew Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS.

New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyerfrom the original lease agreement.

If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyeron the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificateon their own.3. Customers may: A. Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of theirmaturity date (Customers account must be paid in full to take advantage ofthe rebate offer). B. Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (Nostipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).? Note: Customer is not required to turn-in their lease vehicle to takeadvantage of the rebate offer. However, customer must satisfyexisting lease agreement obligations. C. Transfer rebate within the same household

New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that aresold and reported (RDRd) to the ultimate consumer during the program period andregistered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department. Dealer Participation Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvenedand retail or lease). Please refer to the applicable rate letter for full participationeligibility details. Compatibility The Toyota Lease Loyalty Rebate is redeemable on either Standard or Special(subvened) TFS Lease or Retail contracts and is stackable with other TMNA incentiveoffers except for the 2024 Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program and/or VSPP offers.
